"Co-creating relationships for maximum impact."
Hi, I'm Anita Russell. I am passionate about doing BIG things—building community, inspiring change, and giving back. I'm the founder/CEO of The Place to SOAR, a social enterprise dedicated to cultivating change through personal transformation and individual accountability.
In my day-to-day life, I create brave space for personal transformation, individual accountability, and antiracism activation. As a tranformational life coach I guide individuals in navigating their "becoming space", the gap between where you are in your life and where you truly desire to be. That gap is where personal transformation happens and it requires accountability. It's what I call crossing the Personal Transformation Bridge.
My most recent creation is InflexionPoint Podcast on Transformation Talk Radio. The podcast is a space where courageous conversations come to life as we empower antiracsim as a means to eradicate racism. My approach to antiracism activation is based on Activism through Coaching, a model I developed, which is built on 4 pillars: Courage. Conversation. Relationship. Accountability. InflexionPoint Podcast is where viewers come to realize they don't always know what they don't know.
My independent publication list includes "Cultivating Change from the Inside Out: The Power of Being Human" and “I Wanna See Laney’s House: A Sibling Story”. I am also an author featured in the Voices of the 2st Century series published by Women Speakers Association. For more details visit my bookstores: SOAR Book Boutique and My Bookshop.
